Salon Policies

Running Late

​

If you are going to be late, please let me know ASAP via text message or email.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in needing to reschedule your appointment which would count as a last minute cancellation resulting in 50% of the services cancelled to be paid before able to reschedule OR if I am still able to take your appointment that day, you will be responsible for 100% of the services booked even if the time left of your appointment slot does not allow them to be completed.

Cancellations

I require 48 hours' notice of needing to either cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the services cancelled/rescheduled to be paid before being allowed to book future appointments as a way for me to recoup the loss of wages from the lack of notice.

 
Changes to Booked Services
​

I require 48 hours' notice of any changes to the services booked. Upon booking an appointment, I am reserving a set amount of time to accomplish the services requested. A last-minute change to those services does not give me sufficient notice to adjust my busy schedule and therefore results in a loss of wages. To recoup this loss of wages, there will be a charge for 50% of the services that were cancelled. *Small changes are of course acceptable. Any questions about this policy please do not hesitate to contact me.

No Shows
​

No shows will not be permitted to book future appointments. If you are running late or cannot make your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.

Adjustments
​

Small adjustments for all services can be made free of charge within 7 days of services preformed if not 100% satisfied.  Click on the Contact Me page to send me a message. Texts and messages via social media are not checked and answered as often.

Sick Policy
​

If you have been exposed to someone who is sick or have been exhibiting symptoms, you need to reschedule your appointment ASAP! I will do my best to make my schedule accommodate you in a timely manner. I do not typically enforce my last-minute cancellation policy due to illness, however if this becomes a pattern of behavior for a guest, I will start to charge a cancellation fee.

Arriving at the Salon


I am located inside the Sola Salons in Brayden Village of Fort Mill. Once inside, go to your right and I am the 3rd suite on your right #103. If I am not quite ready for you, there are benches throughout the halls for you to sit while you wait. ​
