Running Late
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a $50 fee will be applied.

Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late changes will result in a $50 fee added to your next appointment.

No Shows
No-shows will not be allowed to book future appointments.

Adjustments
Small adjustments are complimentary within 7 days if you’re not 100% satisfied. Please email me at bayley@pinandtonicsalon.com.

Sick Policy
If you’re feeling unwell or have been exposed to someone who is sick, please reschedule as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate you at a later date.

Arriving at the Salon
I’m located inside Sola Salons at Brayden Village in Fort Mill. Once inside, go to your right—I’m in Suite 103 (third on the right).
