The Pre-Visit
I have received your New Guest Appointment Request Form and have responded via email within 24-48 hours to go over any last details I may need before approving your booking request.

72 hours before your appointment, you will receive a confirmation text and email.
​
Please arrive with dry, clean or up to 2 day old hair. Showing up to an appointment with dirty hair so the color takes better is a myth! Please do not come straight to your appointment after a super sweaty session at the gym. LOL
​
Feel free to bring a book, laptop, head phones, or anything else to occupy your time and help you relax. I keep my suite stocked with complimentary amenities such as coffee, tea, water, soda, seltzer, wine, beer, popcorn, granola bars, chocolates, and other seasonal items that change throughout the year. Netflix, Hulu and Spotify are also available for your entertainment.

When Arriving, I am located inside the Sola Salons, third suite to your right. If I am not quite ready for you yet, there are benches throughout the hallway for you to wait.
The Consultation
Each appointment is started with a thorough consultation where we discuss your current and long-term hair goals, your lifestyle, and any struggles you may currently have with your hair.

During this time, you can ask me all your hair questions and I will give you a breakdown of what you can expect for the day as far as the steps I'll be using, how much time you can expect to be in my chair, and what our budget is. This is also a great time to break out your hair inspo board on instagram! A lot can get lost in translation and pictures are a fantastic consultation tool.

Dont know what a balayage is? No problem! You dont need to know hair terminology! I never make promises about your hair that I cannot keep and there will never be any surprises when it comes to time to check out.

After Goodbye
You leave the salon glowing with confidence. You are happy knowing your new do rocks and you are about to get major compliments while walking through the grocery store. LOL.

Together we have created a maintenance plan, and I have educated you with the tools and knowledge to style and maintain your look at home.
