Appointments

We do recommend you reserve appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date and time. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for parking and to ensure you receive your full service. There are 4 parking lots within two blocks of the salon or paid street parking.  There is a nearby Farmers Market every Friday from 9am - 2pm. 

If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. If you are more than 20 minutes late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment.

 

Cancellations

All will agree: time is our most valuable asset. Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, we do request at least a 24hrs notice. 

Please note: services over 2 1/2hrs will require at least 48 hrs notice.

A credit card may be required to secure certain Hair and Nail services.

You will be charged half the price of service(s) for missing your appointment without notice. Repeat offenders will be charged full price.

 

Pricing & Gratuities

Because we are a co-op of artist, prices are determined per artist. We always strive to maintain costs and only change prices when necessary.

Gift certificates are available and are non-transferable.

 

Children

We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our clients. Many of our clients are also parents and look forward to “their” time. We request children be brought into the salon only when they have an appointment.
